A: After booking (which includes 50% deposit and the signed contract), we will begin working on your virtual design board including all the faux flowers that will be used in your arrangements based on your inspiration photos. Upon approval, material will be purchased and arranged 2-3 months prior to your wedding and shipped upon completion.

Q: Can you ship flower arrangements?

A: Yes, I am currently shipping only within the US.

Q: Do you offer refunds on your silk floral arrangements?

A: We strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. Due to the handcrafted nature of our silk floral arrangements, we do not offer refunds. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
